Welcome to KissConnection. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use KissConnection. You may not use the Service if you have been previously removed for violating these Terms or applicable law.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering and to update it as needed.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Impersonate any person, including other members.
• Post content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or violates third-party rights.
• Send spam, advertising, or solicit money from other members.
• Attempt to access another user's account without authorization.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service.
• Engage in any commercial activity without our prior written consent.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

4. Content You Submit

You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, videos, text). By uploading content, you grant KissConnection a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit, and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

5. Removal of Content / Termination

We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate any account that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the community.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that other members are who they claim to be, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Member Conduct & Safety

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. We do not conduct background checks. Use good judgment, meet in public places when meeting in person, and report any suspicious or harmful behavior to us.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KissConnection and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold KissConnection harmless from any claim arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
